About the job
Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, leading the pharmacy team, and providing clinical care where permitted.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, deliver immunizations, and provide pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide compassionate patient care and resolve medication or insurance issues while following applicable laws and CVS Health policies.
