Staff Pharmacist

What you'll do

• Dispense medications safely and provide patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical services where permitted.
• Support pharmacy operations and lead the team as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy or when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Promote regulatory compliance, accurate workflow, inventory practices, and positive patient experiences.

What they ask for

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in other locations across the market as business needs require.

Pay

$60.00 - $76.00 USD base hourly rate; eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program, with no amount stated.
