Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and leading the pharmacy team during assigned shifts.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely; counsel and immunize patients, and provide clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coach team members, and support performance and scheduling.
- Maintain compliant, safe workflows, inventory practices, and controlled-substance records while resolving patient care and medication issues.
