Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while providing safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical care to patients.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, deliver immunizations and permitted clinical services, and help resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team performance when acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy; coach team members and support accurate prescription fulfillment and inventory practices.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies, including controlled-substance and patient privacy requirements.
