Oversees retail pharmacy operations while dispensing and counseling patients, administering immunizations, supporting clinical care, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and other permitted clinical services.
- Support pharmacy operations and compliance, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Coach pharmacy team members and contribute to patient experience, inventory management, and pharmacy performance.
