Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing and counseling patients, administering immunizations, guiding the pharmacy team, and ensuring safe, compliant care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team performance during assigned shifts, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Promote safe workflows, inventory practices, patient service, and compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
