Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including directing and coaching team members and supporting performance.
- Support compliant operations, inventory management, patient care, and prescription fulfillment.
