Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while providing safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical care to patients.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and promote patient safety.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Resolve patient care and medication issues while maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive pharmacy environment.
