Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while providing safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel patients safely, provide immunizations and clinical services where permitted, and support patient outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coach team members, and support accurate prescription fulfillment and inventory practices.
- Help ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and company policies while promoting a safe, caring patient experience.
