Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical care, and supporting patient access and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel and immunize patients and provide clinical services where permissible.
- Support pharmacy operations and lead team members when acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy or pharmacist-on-duty.
- Promote patient care, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and positive pharmacy team performance.
