Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching pharmacy team members.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical care where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Support patient experience and outcomes by resolving care or medication issues and collaborating with patients’ healthcare teams.
