Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Support pharmacy team leadership and assume the Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when serving as the only or primary pharmacist-on-duty.
- Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Support patient outcomes through clinical services, compassionate care, and coaching pharmacy team members.
