Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and helping improve patient health and pharmacy performance.
What you'll do
- Safely dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Support and oversee pharmacy operations, including team coaching, workflow, inventory, compliance, and acting for the Pharmacy Manager when needed.
- Promote patient safety and positive experiences while resolving medication or insurance issues and collaborating with patients’ healthcare teams.
