Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Manage safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, and immunizations; support patient outcomes through clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coach pharmacy team members, and support performance and inventory management.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, protect patient safety and privacy, and provide compassionate patient care.
