Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the pharmacy team while providing safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical care to patients.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permissible.
- Support and oversee pharmacy operations, including acting for the Pharmacy Manager, coaching team members, and managing workflow and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, federal and state laws, and CVS Health policies.
