Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team members while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care and patient safety.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, deliver immunizations, and provide clinical services where permitted.
- Support or assume the Pharmacy Manager’s operational duties, including coaching the team, ensuring safe workflows, and managing inventory.
- Promote compassionate patient care and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and company policies.
