Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, coaching pharmacy staff, and ensuring safe, compliant care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and scheduling as directed.
- Promote positive patient experiences and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.
