Supports pharmacy operations and patient care by dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, guiding the pharmacy team, and maintaining safe, compliant operations.
What you'll do
- Dispense medications safely and accurately; counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support clinical services where permitted.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including coaching team members and managing workflow and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies while supporting positive patient experiences.
