Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and promote patient safety and positive care experiences.
- Oversee pharmacy operations when serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy or the primary pharmacist-on-duty; coach team members and support workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Follow applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies; maintain required skills and training.
