Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel safely, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and help improve patient health outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations when serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy or primary pharmacist-on-duty; coach team members and support workflow, inventory, and performance.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and patient safety, resolve care or insurance issues, and support a positive patient and team experience.
