Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations, and deliver permitted clinical services such as testing and prescribing.
- Support pharmacy operations, including supervising the team, maintaining safe workflows and inventory, and covering Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as primary pharmacist-on-duty.
- Promote positive patient experiences and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.
