Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical care where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support the Pharmacy Manager with performance and scheduling.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and safe workflows, including inventory, controlled-substance records, and patient privacy.
