Oversee retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical care, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and acting as the manager’s proxy during specified shifts.
- Promote safe, accurate, compliant pharmacy workflows and effective inventory management, including cold chain products.
