Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Safely dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and clinical services, and resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by directing the pharmacy team, overseeing operations during assigned shifts, and assuming day-to-day duties when primary pharmacist-on-duty.
- Maintain compliant, safe pharmacy workflows and inventory practices, including cold chain protection.
