Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, caring for patients, administering immunizations, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during shifts, coach team members, and support safe workflows, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient medication or insurance issues and help improve patient experiences and outcomes.
