Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support performance and scheduling as directed.
- Maintain compliant operations, manage inventory, and resolve patient, insurance, and medication issues.
