Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while providing safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and help resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coach pharmacy team members, and support performance, workflow, and inventory practices.
- Promote regulatory compliance, patient safety, and a positive patient experience.
