Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and ensuring safe, compliant patient care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permissible pharmacist-delivered clinical services, and support patient outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support workflow, inventory, scheduling, and performance.
- Maintain safety, privacy, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and CVS Health policies.
