Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing and counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Support pharmacy operations and team performance, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy and coaching pharmacy staff.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and support inventory, patient safety, and positive patient experiences.
