Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the pharmacy team while providing safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical care to patients.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permissible testing and prescribing services, and support patient outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including coaching team members, maintaining workflow and inventory practices, and supporting compliance.
- Promote safe, compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues in coordination with patients and their healthcare teams.
