- Support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy operations, including safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staffing, inventory, workflow, and loss prevention.
- Manage patient care programs and provide compassionate service to patients and customers.
- Motivate and develop support staff, identify business opportunities, and lead solutions to improve pharmacy performance.
