Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and serve as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Support compliant workflows, inventory management, patient care, and pharmacy team scheduling as directed.
