Oversee retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and support patient health outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support safe, accurate workflow and inventory practices.
- Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and resolve patient, insurance, medication, and operational issues.
