About the job
Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, coaching the pharmacy team, and ensuring safe, compliant patient care.
What you'll do
- Safely dispense and counsel on medications, provide immunizations and clinical services, and help resolve patient insurance or medication issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including acting for the Pharmacy Manager when needed; coach team members and support performance.
- Maintain safe prescription workflows, inventory, regulatory compliance, and patient privacy while supporting scheduling as directed.
