Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver permitted clinical services.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Coach pharmacy colleagues and support patient experience, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
