Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing and counseling on medications, immunizing patients, leading pharmacy team members, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Manage safe prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, and pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support inventory, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient medication or insurance issues and follow applicable laws, professional standards, and company policies.
