Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and helping ensure safe, compliant, patient-centered care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, support workflow and inventory practices, and assume the Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Promote positive patient experiences and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, safety practices, and company procedures.

Pay
