Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, deliver immunizations and permitted clinical services, and support patient health and safety.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team workflow as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including coaching, inventory, scheduling when directed, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient medication or insurance issues and collaborate with patients’ healthcare teams to improve care.
