Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing and counseling safely, immunizing patients, guiding pharmacy staff, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee pharmacy operations, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Coach pharmacy team members and support compliant workflows, inventory practices, and patient safety.
