Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and provide clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coach team members, and support safe, compliant workflow and inventory practices.
- Resolve patient and medication issues while promoting compassionate care and positive patient experiences.
