Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing, counseling, immunizing, and providing clinical care to patients.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during bench shifts, coach team members, and support the Pharmacy Manager with performance and scheduling.
- Maintain compliant workflows, prescription safety, inventory practices, and patient care standards.
