Oversees pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee pharmacy operations, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts and assuming day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Support safe prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, and permitted clinical services; help resolve insurance or medication issues.
- Coach pharmacy team members and support compliance, inventory practices, and positive patient experiences.
