Oversee retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver permitted clinical services such as testing and prescribing.
- Support and oversee pharmacy operations and team members, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, manage inventory practices, and help resolve patient and medication issues.
