Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports safe medication dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care while helping lead the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and support patient health and safety.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow and inventory practices.
- Help ensure regulatory compliance, resolve patient and insurance issues, and support pharmacy scheduling as directed.
