Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Oversee pharmacy operations and the pharmacy team during assigned shifts, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Support patient access and outcomes through compassionate service, team coaching, and pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
