Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed, and coach team members.
- Support inventory management, regulatory compliance, patient care, and positive pharmacy experiences.
