Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, coaching pharmacy staff, and delivering clinical care where permitted.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and clinical services, and help resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support the Pharmacy Manager with performance, scheduling, and compliance.
- Maintain safe prescription workflows, inventory practices, patient privacy, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
