Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical care, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed, coach team members, and support regulatory compliance and inventory management.
- Promote compassionate patient care and resolve medication or insurance issues while following safety, privacy, and controlled-substance requirements.
