Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing and counseling on medications, immunizing patients, coaching the pharmacy team, and helping deliver clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense medications, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, compliance, and patient issue resolution.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager with pharmacy performance, scheduling as directed, and day-to-day responsibilities when serving as the primary pharmacist on duty.
