Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical care, and leading pharmacy team members.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Support positive patient experiences and resolve insurance or medication issues.
